• Resolving performance problems and managing people out
• In-depth practice of difficult feedback conversations
• Effective interview techniques
• Running meetings that people won't dread
• Keeping yourself organized and using your time effectively, even when you have an overflowing plate
• And we'll discuss real-life situations participants are facing and work through how to approach them.

3. Managing to Change the World: Management Refresher - Did you take the one-day or two-day Crash Course and love it? Based on feedback from attendees like you, we're offering a two-hour Management Refresher Course! We will:

• Dive back into key management skills like great delegation, effective goal-setting, and giving feedback
• Refresh your skills in asking specific questions about implementation
